A note on HIPAA
There is no general government-issued "HIPAA certification." QFO does not claim to be HIPAA certified. Instead, we use privacy, security, access-control, training, and documentation procedures designed for compliant operations. Driver and staff training will cover HIPAA privacy and security requirements, we will establish business associate agreements with clients where required, and we keep auditable records throughout the chain of custody.
