These Terms govern your access to and use of the QuickFastOnTime ("QFO") website, customer portal and courier services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
QFO provides medical courier and logistics services, including scheduled and on-demand pickup and delivery, tracking and related technology. The scope of cargo we transport is described on our What We Transport page.
Accounts & access
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. We may apply role-based access, multi-factor authentication, automatic logout and remote account disabling as described in our security overview.
Use of services
You agree to provide accurate shipment information, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and not use the services to transport items outside our stated scope or any prohibited materials.
Compliance
Where applicable, parties operate under a Business Associate Agreement. QFO uses privacy, security, training and documentation procedures designed for compliant operations; we do not represent that any government body has issued a general "HIPAA certification."
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QFO's liability for any shipment is limited in accordance with applicable law and our service agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
